Since July 2020, I have been a Creative Strategist at a digital marketing agency on the Gold Coast, specialising in video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro), motion design (Adobe After Effects) and AI prompt engineering for SEO copywriting (ChatGPT).
I also have experience in graphic design (Adobe Photoshop, Figma), sound engineering (Adobe Audition, Logic Pro X, Audacity), writing and even painting acrylic landscapes.

Video
Case Study: Binance Australia
Background
Binance is the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange. In September 2022, Binance Australia approached our agency to help improve their online presence.
The Brief
Create an ongoing series of YouTube videos to position Binance Australia as a leader in cryptocurrency and Web3 news and education.
Execution
Myself and one other member of the team conducted several video shoots, operating cameras and a teleprompter to capture the approved scripts.
On set, I was responsible for ensuring each script was fully captured, as well as coaching the subjects on delivery and shot composition.
In post-production, I was the sole video editor and motion designer, utilising a Figma asset library to bring icons, characters and text to life in order to enhance viewer engagement and illustrate the subject material.
The Result
Our agency produced over 50 videos throughout 2022 and 2023. The client was extremely satisfied with the production quality and viewer engagement brought about through our video output.
Background
Better Everyday Project engaged our agency for a complete brand and online overhaul. Our design team established new brand guidelines and a fresh website.
The Brief
Create a highly engaging website hero video that fully captures the essence of Better Everyday Project.
Execution
We were provided a handful of videos from a recent production the client had completed in anticipation of their brand refresh. Beyond that, we were given very little instruction.
I first pieced together a video timeline that was driven by soundbites from the footage they supplied. From there, I added thematic music and relevant stock video footage to enhance the narrative.
I then moved the project to Adobe After Effects, where I used the new brand guidelines to create attention-grabbing motion graphics to illustrate and emphasise the core message of the video.
The Result
The client was extremely excited by the end product. They stated that it fully encapsulated the company and had no idea how I was able to pull it off with so little supplied.

Case Study: Better Everyday Project
Motion Design
Case Study: Go1
Background
Go1 is content aggregator for people-first L&D leaders, providing a comprehensive library of online training for a vast array of industries. Our Art Director created a 'gamified' campaign for module selection within the platform.
The Brief
Bring the 'gamify' campaign to life with an engaging video showcasing the courses and services on offer at Go1.
Execution
I immediately coordinated with our Art Director to acquire all the character assets from the custom library. I then created a storyboard, which was approved by the client before creating the video timeline.
Upon storyboard approval, I broke up the custom assets in Adobe Illustrator and began the animation process in After Effects. I studied side-scrolling 2D platformer video games, taking note of how jittery characters moved, overshooting jumps and the animation of in-game graphics.
With that knowledge, I created full platform 'levels' and animated the character using layered images, based on movement. I then corresponded that movement with keyframed animation of the pre-composed image layering, resulting in a jittery, stop-start style, just like classic video games.
I added music and sound effects to enhance the video and ensured all client feedback was implemented.
The Result
Go1's marketing manager was so impressed by the entire 'gamify' campaign that, once they moved to a different company, they reached out to our design team to work with us again.
Case Study: Claxon
Background
I worked at Claxon, a full-service digital growth agency, for 5 years. Throughout that time, our Creative Team delivered thousands of assets and hundreds of campaigns.
The Brief
Showcase Claxon's broad creative output in a short, consolidated reel.
Execution
I gathered all the top-performing and best-looking creative assets since Claxon's inception and grouped them by type and client.
Once I compiled the assets into an approved timeline, I planned out all transitions between showcased creative, paying close attention to how the transitions could lead the eye to the next item. I then animated those transitions and added in some sound effects and embellishments to enhance the viewing experience.
The Result
The Creative Showreel was used in cold-call marketing by the Sales Team and resulted in many enquiries.
